6 weeks prior to arrival - by April 24 participants needing a visa reserve tickets, confirm exact travel dates to SUN; SUN Office sends out original invitation letter and room reservation for visa application
30 days prior to arrival - by May 8 participants submit visa applications
May 10 deadline of tuition payment for fee-paying participants
mid May activation of the e-learning site with readings
Sunday, July 4 participant arrivals, registration
9am -10 am, Monday, July 5 orientation session; classes start
July 16 course ends
July 17, 10 a.m. check out from hotel
